I help business leaders navigate pivotal professional and personal transitions, drawing on nearly two decades of leadership experience.
Prior to coaching, I spent 12 years at Indeed, where I led a marketing team of over 30 people and managed an annual budget of $500 million for the company’s largest revenue-generating business unit. I have also launched two web-based businesses, led a recruiting operation in Argentina, written for a Financial Times company, and taught entrepreneurship for the Peace Corps in Nicaragua.
In 2022, I left corporate America and embarked on a year-long sabbatical that included adventures across four continents and opportunities to reconnect with old friends and colleagues. During this time, I found myself helping them with their careers, businesses and personal lives, reigniting my long-standing aspiration to become a coach. I soon enrolled at the Co-Active Institute, the gold standard for professional coaching, where I further honed my skills.
I hold a BBA in International Business and a BA in Hispanic Studies from the University of Texas, as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Acton School of Business. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I have spent over seven years abroad. My passions include photography, rock climbing, guitar and meditation. I reside in Austin, Texas.
